Remember that for us to determine you eligibility for either Chapter 7 or Chapter 13, we need to know your household current monthly income over the last six months, and you will need to be able to document this income with payment advices from your employer. If you are self-employed or receive any income as an independent contractor, we will need to have a detailed profit and loss statement.
Additionally, we will need to receive a copy of your last filed tax return. These documents must also be delivered to the bankruptcy trustee in connection with the filing of your petition.
